Hi, my name is Daniel. I am a family man from the East of England. I am a professional English Teacher and I also do freelance work in marketing and sales.
My interests and hobbies include playing the bass guitar, singing, listening to music, going to the gym, boxing, self development, dancing salsa, walking/hiking, animals (I have six cats and seven dogs, all rescued) and nature in general.
Apart from my own interests, I enjoy talking about my student's interests and hobbies and meeting people from around the world and learning about other countries and cultures.
I'm not interested in politics so I don't care if you are from Israel, Russia, Ukraine etc... You are all welcome. :-)我的教學經歷

I have 14 years teaching experience. I have been teaching here on Italki since 2016 and have given over 12,000 lessons to people from over 100 countries.

I offer four types of lessons. If you click on the lesson you are interested in you can read more information about it and how I can help you.
I use Zoom or Google Meet. People in China, I also have Tencent Meeting.
All lessons start on the hour. Please don't book on the half hour.
Lessons are 55 or 40 minutes long.
I do not teach children or teenagers under 16 years old, sorry.
Lessons and materials are adapted to your specific needs and objectives.
I realise that you are probably busy with work and family and stuff so I believe lessons should be as fun and productive as possible. English should be something you look forward to! :-)

Daniel is a great teacher. One of the best I've ever had in italki. He is a very experienced teacher and always very well prepared. Patient, engaging, positive and always give me timely feedback. I had many lessons with Daniel and we had great discussion on lots of topics. I feel my English improved a lot under his help. Daniel is a fantastic teacher: Patient, attentive, engaging, and with a sense of humor which I really appreciate! I’ve learned a great lot since I started to have lessons with him, and I always look forward to speaking with him.
