🔬 My teaching strategy is based on scientific research done by Stephen Krashen. This research shows that we learn languages when we receive “comprehensible input”. (Messages that we understand through listening or reading)
🥳 The fastest way to learn English is also the most fun--listening and reading for pleasure.
*If a student is more than 15 minutes late without advance notice, I will not be able to reschedule.
*Classes should be taken inside with clear audio, ideally with a computer for easier learning. 💻

I grew up with a father who was a brilliant counselor. He started teaching me about emotional intelligence when I was 9 years old. The older I became, the more he taught me about psychology and counseling. He oversaw and guided my work when I got my first clients as an adult.
2015 - 2016
SupervisorI was responsible for all of the activity on the driveway in front of a hotel. I would greet guests, call taxis, handle the occasional problem and manage those under my supervision.
2018 - 2019
AttendantI've worked in 4 different hostels as an attendant. 1 was in Portugal, 1 in Chile, & 2 in Panama. I was responsible for checking people in, accepting payment, answering the phone, giving directions, etc... These experiences helped me to greatly improve my Spanish and Portuguese skills. It was a wonderful experience!

Sales ConsultantI had to approach strangers and talk about the gym. My mentor has a lot of experience in sales and taught me a lot about it.

Great Class!
Stephen is a great teacher as well as a great friend, he is really humorous also passion about teaching. He could always make sure I got lots of practice during the classes !

Today I learned new expression, I discovered some strange rules that we have here in Brazil to foreigners and how to pronounce "Wednesday" hahaha, really great conversation! He helps me a lot to increase my self-confidence. If you have the same fear to speak as I do, you need this guy! =D I never saw a bad expression when I said something very awkward to him hahaha. You are the man, Stephen!
