Hello! My name is Josh and I'm a native English speaker from Cambridge in the United Kingdom. I've been working as an English teacher since 2017 and I'm passionate about language learning and teaching. Travelling is very important to me and I really enjoy visiting different places around the world, whilst meeting new people along the way.
Over the years, I've been able to learn about many cultures and I feel that I've benefitted from this because it's helped me to become a more considerate and open-minded person. In my opinion, this is a great strength when teaching English as a second language.

I'm a disciplined teacher with a strong attention to detail. My belief is that everyone has the potential to improve and I aim to help my students reach their goals by being both positive and supportive at all times, throughout the language learning process.
Whatever your reason(s) for learning English, my goal is to provide you with the ideal environment for improving your skills. Also, to make you feel more comfortable, I will do my best to adjust my teaching style and the focus of our lessons to your needs.

To help you build confidence and improve your proficiency, our focus will be on improving your English skills through natural conversation. Additionally, we can use news articles, stories, other texts and videos to support your learning.
As for my teaching style, I'll ensure that you feel relaxed by being encouraging. I'll also focus on helping you to correct your mistakes and speak English in a way that's similar to a native speaker, which will improve the quality of your English communication! Rest assured that you have no need to be afraid of making mistakes because this will help you to improve your English more quickly.證書

Lessons with Joshua are the best way for me to practice communication skills. During the lesson he often shows how to speak in a more English way: he reformulate my phrases and sentenses and make notes in the Messages.
Besides that, it is very easy to find what to talk with Joshua about. He demonstrate true engagement in the conversation and it is always interesting to know his opinion. He is very polite, supportive, always in a good mood and positive.
