I'm a dynamic, creative, student-centered public speaking, EFL/ESL and communications coach with experience teaching learners of all ages. I started my journey as an award winning multimedia producer with a background in voiceovers, talent direction in film and on stage, storytelling for all media and vocal performance in music and audio production, & related areas.

My teaching style is student centered, creative, and active. All sessions are customized to the needs of each specific student, so there is no 'cookie cutter' approach. I adapt to any approach needed by each student with a thorough diagnostic and discussion held in our introductory session.

Academic Writing LecturerAt CamEd, I taught bachelor level academic writing in a face to face environment, with an emphasis on literature analysis and essay writing for business purposes.

Public Speaking & Presentation Skills InstructorStarting around the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, I began to coach public speaking, presentation skills, vocal dynamics, and accent reduction on a range of platforms. Prior to this, I had been instructing in these areas mainly in face-to-face classroom environments.

Design LecturerTaught bachelor level design and multimedia courses at Limkokwing University, a Malaysia-based international design university. Subjects include: Video Editing, Short Film and Documentary Production, Cinematography, Design Management, Motion Graphics, 3D Modelling with Blender and Unity, Computer Graphics, and Interaction Design.

Since then, I've focused on the production of long form audio (podcast, audiobooks, and audiodramas), and have produced, narrated and engineered numerous titles.

Design & Art History LecturerTaught bachelor level art and design courses in English at Phnom Penh International Institute of the Arts, including: Art History, Video Editing, Sound Design for Video, Motion Graphics, History of Graphic Design, and Multimedia Design. With instruction in English, students learned the director's craft while learning to budget for video productions, develop story concepts, operate cameras and other gear, frame shots, edit, and mix audio in order to deliver final projects.

Video Production InstructorDesigned and taught curriculum, sourced hardware, and helped establish Cambodia’s first ever University-level media production course at RUPP, Department of Media and Communications. Students produced, edited, and output a broad variety of projects in team-based production units. Course culminated in a field trip to the Bangkok International Film Festival and Market, which I produced with the cooperation of festival colleagues in Thailand.
