My degree is in Linguistics (Hispanic Linguistics) and I have been a full-time English teacher for over 9 years. I live in Spain where I teach English to Spanish speakers, but I've also been teaching people from all over the world via online classes for over 6 years. Apart from being a native English speaker, I speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese, and have recently started learning French and Arabic. Learning languages is a hobby of mine, and I love meeting people from different parts of the world. I consider many of my students my friends.我的教學經歷
My teaching method is based on my experience with my students as well as my own experience as a learner. I think the general idea people have is that they have to work really hard in order to learn a language, but in my experience it's not necessarily the case. With language learning, less is more. More important than hard work is just spending time with the language. If you can make a connection with the language and enjoy your studies, you will be far more effective than someone who hates it. It takes time - but not hard work.
I also help people get over the psychological barriers and feelings like "I can't do this" or "I'll never be fluent". I'm a coach as much as a teacher.我的課程內容與教學風格
I can help you with grammar and any questions you have about English, but above all I like to focus on relaxed conversation. As I'm sure you know, if you don't live in a country that speaks the language you're learning, your opportunities to interact with a native speaker are limited. My classes are a wonderful opportunity to put your English into practice.
I consider myself a conversation partner, but a conversation partner that understands how a language is learned and what the common obstacles are. I hope my classes can help guide you on your journey to fluency.

Completion of Duties as Language Assistant - Escuela Oficial de Idiomas - Spain - 2019This PDF document includes proof of my completion of my responsibilities as an English Language and Cultural Assistant for the school years of 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17. It also includes proof of my acceptance into the same program for the school years of 2017-18 and 2018-19. I have included the latter documents because I have not yet received documentation for proof of my completion for the most recent two school years.

I think I am the most loyal students of Kevin's. I started to take his lessons in 2017, and since then he's been the best English conversation partner for me. Despite our age difference, he also became a great friend who I can open up and talk anything about with. As an English tutor, he's patient and open-minded, always tries to let you speak more.
