I help introverts and immigrants express themselves more confidently in English. I have been teaching English for 9 years.
I am from a small town in Arkansas, USA. I am an English teacher and a biologist. I love teaching English, studying linguistics, languages (Spanish, Russian, German), plants, herbs, animals, cooking, and traveling. I currently live in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I am an English teacher.我的教學經歷
I have been teaching online for 9 years.
As a teacher I am patient, kind, understanding, & encouraging. I also am a student (I speak Spanish. I understand a lot of Portuguese because of my Spanish background, & I just started learning Russian.) One of my strong points as a teacher is my ability to make students feel relaxed & comfortable, & this time this leads to increased confidence.
I especially enjoy teaching introverts and immigrants, as I have extensive personal experience in overcoming these specific challenges.

I will help you to feel confident and relaxed, no matter what your level is. I believe that the best way to learn any language is to speak from the beginning, and to stay motivated.
I have students at all levels, and I generally teach a bit differently depending on your level.
I believe in teaching grammar in context, learning the most useful words and phrases, and making as many mistakes as possible (so that you can learn from them! That is how it works.)我的教材
