I'm the kind of a person who is always learning something new, either a language or a new subject. I also like to travel and meet new people from different cultures and share my experience with them. (Unfortunately, I don't teach kids, since it requires a total different approach) /

I'm graduated in Arts in Spanish, English, and Portuguese . I've been working as a language teacher for over ten years, having the duty of helping my students achieve their goals, mainly if it involves communication in another language. /

Throughout my teaching life, I've had the opportunity to learn from different kinds of methodologies, such as structuralism, behaviorism, communicative approach, and I've realized that all of them can be used in different moments of teaching. Thus, I focus on conversational aspects with activities involving drills, videos, songs, exercises, reading, that is, anything that can make the student learn. /
Durante mi carrera tuve la oportunidad de aprender diferentes metodologías y llegué a la conclusión de que todas se pueden utilizar en diferentes momentos de enseñanza, así que enfoco principalmente en los aspectos conversacionales con actividades de audio, de lectura, entre otros.我的教材

Rafael é um professor fantástico que realmente motiva você a ousar falar e desenvolver seu conhecimento de português. Rafael is a fantastic teacher who really motivates you to improve your Portuguese. It's always great to go to his classes because there's always something to talk about and he comes well prepared with lots of material to choose from :) I recommend Rafael to anyone who wants to take their Portuguese to the next level!
