Hi! My name's Stefannye (it's a Brazilian version of Stephanie haha). I was born and raised in São Paulo, in the southeast region of Brazil. I'm used to speaking English and Spanish because I lived in Barcelona for a few months, which allowed me to interact with many different cultures. So, it won't be a problem if you don't know Portuguese and want to learn from scratch. I understand the challenges of learning a new language, and I believe that consistency and patience are key to achieving fluency. I like to talk about languages, travel, books, and movies.我的教學經歷
I've been a tutor in the Brazilian Portuguese community on Italki for about 3 years.我的課程內容與教學風格
As a Portuguese teacher, my classes are designed with a focus on the student. I encourage my students to speak as much as they can during our sessions. I only correct grammatical and pronunciation errors if the student feels comfortable with it. After each class, I provide a PDF containing any words that were mispronounced or new vocabulary that was introduced, so that the student can study them after the lesson.我的教材

This was my first lesson on italki. It was a conversation lesson. In my life, I have not had much opportunity to speak Portuguese. Therefore I was a little worried if I would understand everything. The worries were, however, unfounded. Stefannye speaks very clear and not too fast so that I could understand everything very well.
She is a very good communicator and teacher. It was very easy to speak to her. I am convinced that through her lessons my Portuguese conversation skills will improve substantially. I am very happy with this first lesson.
