Fabien Y Marcque V, professor online and former professor at the Alliance française.
Bonjour à tous, my name is Fabien, I was born in Reims, in France and I am an expatriate since 2011. I have lived in Brazil and I moved back to the United Kingdom a few months ago. I have been travelling a lot and had to learn new languages, which made me realize how much I loved it. I became a french teacher 7 years ago, and have been teaching to students from all over the world since then. I am still learning myself, actually, I am learning Portuguese, thinking about going back to Spanish that I discovered at school.

I have been teaching online over the last 7 years. I also had been a professor in the Alliance Française of Salvador de Bahia.
I started by learning English again in 2010 after a bad experience in school, in order to move to London in 2011. Since then, learning new languages appears to be my secret passion. Becoming a teacher was just the next step that I took in 2016. Online teaching has been my first experience until I started teaching professionally at the Alliance Française. I help student who just want to travel and have some basic knowledges, or professionals who are looking for new skills. I also help to prepare for the official french exams like DELF and DALF.我的課程內容與教學風格
Having a private professor is to have tailor-made lessons. I build mine to give you exactly that. I will provide all the materials, including video/audio files, articles, grammar courses…
Few rules :
- Don’t be shy ! You are here to learn and make mistakes.
- Never stop asking questions. I am very patient and will answer all of them.
- Leave your native language behind just for a while!
- Tell me when you don’t understand, I will explain better.
- Don’t be scared of being too casual and talk to me as your friend.
- Keep notes of anything and do some homework, it is really important for your learning process.

Les élèves sont principalement américains, italiens et anglais, étudiants ou professionnels, à partir de l'âge de 17/18 ans. Je les prépare à la conversations française et également aux examens DALF et DELF, donne des cours de grammaire, de phonétique, de conversations etc.

Fabien is by far the best teacher I have had for language, including about 4 other teachers on Italki as well as in person and intensive programs (Korean, and Spanish) I have had in the past. (Korea, Costa Rica, Mexico, USA) I highly recommend him. He is always well prepared, and helps me make significant progress with increased understanding in each lesson.
