Laia

Laia est une enseignante motivée et organisée qui a développé un très bon rapport avec moi. Elle possède d’excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale en espagnol, français et anglais. Non seulement, elle cherche toujours à élargir ses connaissances. Personnellement, je parle couramment le français et l’anglais et j’ai toujours rêvé d’apprendre l’espagnol. Je n’aurais pas pu mieux choisir que Laia. Elle m’apporte exactement ce dont j’ai besoin. Elle a vite compris le niveau et la vitesse des leçons avec lesquelles je puisse progresser le mieux. Donc, je recommande à 100 % Laia pour les cours d’espagnol.

I've been taking lessons with Laia now for over two years and couldn't recommend her more as a teacher - patient, knowledgeable, helpful. For the last few months, I have been doing her new '3 weeks Fun and Flexible Spanish Program.' This involves one week of in-person lessons through Italki classroom and two weeks of independent learning exercises, including recording videos. I really like the flexibility that this gives me - I can do the independent exercises whenever I like. I feel that working at my own pace allows me to absorb more information. I still get a good amount of interactive speaking practice during the one traditional session, and the videos let me practice speaking in the other two sessions as well. Laia always sends detailed feedback videos explaining corrections and answering any questions. I was a bit skeptical of this learning format before I tried it, but now that I've been doing it for a while I think it's really effective and would recommend trying it.

I've been taking lessons with Laia now for almost three years and still can't compliment her lessons enough! A special shout out this time for spending the last few months helping me prep for the SIELE exam where I did better than I could have ever imagined, all thanks to her help. She really goes above and beyond - for example she even did a special training course for teaching the SIELE just because I had decided to take that exam.
