Hello, my name is Javier Benavides, I'm 26 years old and being a Spanish teacher is my life. I'm from Colombia. I studied philosophy at the university in Colombia and also languages. I have spent the last 2 and half years teaching Spanish as a second language to all people around the world. I speak fluent English and Italian. I'm a musician and I love learning many new things all the time .我的教學經歷
My teaching style has been built through the time, taking a bit from each class given. I focus the learning process on the real Spanish; I mean, the skill of being able to think and create the right sentences according to the situation. I'm really good at explaining grammar and how to understand it easily. I promise you, after we finish our classes you always will have a lot of new vocabulary and expressions that you will want to use the next time you are speaking Spanish.我的課程內容與教學風格
The first step is knowing each other. I don't like to apply the same method for each person. According to what you in real need we will spend the time learning. I have enough grammar resources to give you the chance to grow learning by yourself, but during the class will be the perfect chance to speak and to develop the confidence that we all need to speak a new language.我的教材

Javier is a wonderful teacher whose insightful questions and conversational style keep the lesson flowing smoothly. The time passes very quickly today, and it is as if he has scattered seeds of new possible topics in a conversational meadow which will flower and fruit over the next few lessons. Highly recommended as a sensitive and responsive teacher.

Javier is a great teacher. He is smart, warm, engaged, and an excellent conversation partner. His English is terrific, which helps when I am stumbling to find a word or explanation in Spanish. Javier adjusts his speaking to suit where the student is with their audio comprehension. I highly recommend Javier.

My first lesson with Javier for 2024. He speaks clearly and corrects my mistakes sensitively, and therefore I feel confident in trying to express my ideas or information. I enjoyed discussing my current creative projects, and also seeing highlights of his recent holiday abroad. Javier knows the right questions to ask to keep a conversation flowing naturally. I recommend him as an intelligent and warm teacher.
