Sarah is an incredible, incredible teacher. Her enthusiasm and charisma is infectious. She helps you engage in conversations in an almost seamless way, which greatly increases your interest in the class and helps you move forward by leaps in your language learning journey. The speed at which you learn with her is unbelievable!! It took me less than 3 months with her to get from total beginner to intermediate, and less than 5 months to get to an advanced level. I’m in my 7th month with her now and my Brazilian friends are shocked of how my level of Portuguese. I highly, highly recommend her! I had tried 3 times in the past to learn portuguese offline with other teachers and failed. I even tried 3 or 4 other teachers in italki and it’s not even close! Sarah is in my opinion the top Portuguese teacher in the platform, hands down!

Sarah is a spectacular teacher. I have gone from 0 to being able to read and speak in portuguese at an almost intermediate level in 2 months thanks to her. She’s always prepared with a plan of how to move you forward in your learning. She keeps you engaged and motivated. I took lessons with 4 other teachers on italki and they weren’t even close!! When every lesson ends you both feel happy of your decision to have taken classes with her and looking forward to your next class with her. Her charisma is contagious. I cannot stress enough how much I highly, highly recommend her!

Ela sempre cria uma atmosfera onde os alunos podem falar suavemente e faz questão de apontar as expressões incorretas no quadro branco no momento certo para que não interfiram na conversa. Portanto, você pode se sentir satisfeito com o conteúdo da conversa sem se estressar e, ao mesmo tempo, aprender muitas expressões!

Definitivamente, eu recomendaria esta professora para alunos de nível intermediário ou superior que desejam praticar conversação!
