👩I love language and culture, and have experience learning 6 languages!

My whole life has been about learning languages. From a young age a grew up in a home speaking both English and Spanish. I taught myself Korean and Japanese at 13 years old! Later, in school I also studied Portuguese, French, and Italian! I have worked with various methods of language learning as a student and as a teacher. I do not believe students should be memorizing long lists of vocabulary or giving boring, repetitive and useless tasks because that has never worked for me. All of these experiences learning different languages, along with my education, has given me the chance to understand language in a very unique way and deliver effective classes that work for all students.我的課程內容與教學風格

My lessons are focused around real-life applications and situations. I teach a hands-on approach to language and cut the useless exercises that most traditional classroom books give you. I create specialized classes that are uniquely made for YOUR needs. I enjoy teaching in a relaxed and fun environment with interesting conversations and topics! EFL TeacherPrepared classes for international adult students. Taught general English for elementary and pre-intermediate levels. Prepared games and activities to enhance course material. Assessed and recorded students’ weekly progress.

Self-Employed EFL TeacherAcquired international students through online advertising. Created unique classes from scratch tailored to each students’ needs. Areas of focus included speaking/conversation and writing, grammar, and business English for both individual and small group classes.
2021 - 2023
English TeacherI worked in a non-profit organization. Experience teaching adults immigrants from various countries and levels of English. Taught 3 courses that included Basic Living, Workforce and Finance, and Healthcare, Education, and Safety that focused on real life application. I also assisted in creating books for these courses with our team.

Every class with teacher Isabella is super fun and I always learn plenty of stuff. Since I am getting ready to get my toefl for second time I was a little upset since getting ready for toefl is a lot to learn but with teacher Isabella time literally flies and it makes me wants to keep studying with her . She gives her 100/10 at every class 🙌 thank you teacher

I started learning English some time ago, which has been my first lesson with a native speaker. Speaking for the first time in a new language is difficult. Isabella was able to help me with my first steps. We talked a lot about history, countries, and travel.
