I have worked most of my life as an Audiologist, helping people who have hearing problems. I have also worked as a foster carer, looking after children. I am now retired and live a quiet life in a village with my dog Charlie, lots of troublesome chickens and two tortoises. I love gardening and walking and generally just love life!我的教學經歷
I have a very relaxed style in lessons and I think we'll enjoy our conversations together. I prepare for lessons ensuring you have the correct material to study. I can give you a list of corrections if necessary so you can focus on areas that need attention. I am a sensitive teacher and can adapt to your needs. I am interested in nature and the environment but have been a strong businesswoman in the past so am not to be underestimated! Unfortunately my lessons are not suitable for children.我的課程內容與教學風格
During your trial lesson you can tell me about your interests and what you would like to learn. I will find authentic texts that you can read or listen to before our lessons then we can discuss them. We'll focus on specific topics so you can build your vocabulary and fluency and begin to feel really confident discussing these topics with others. Please note that I am a community tutor and not a professional teacher. I only offer conversation practice. Lessons are most suitable for students who are at intermediate level or above.我的教材
