Had a great trial lesson with Nao Sensei. I wanted an informal conversation to understand how well I am doing with reading and listening. We discussed plans going forward and areas I should revisist. なおせんせい、ありがとうございます

I have taken lessons with Ozaki-sensei for 3 years now and I have been able to increase my Japanese abilities so much thanks to her. With her help I have finished the entire Minna no Nihongo II textbook, passed the JLPT N4 and completed 65% of Tobira. As a teacher she is great at helping you figure out the most natural way to express yourself and gives corrections without making you feel bad for making mistakes. Her teaching materials are full of funny examples and photos that really help you visualize new grammar points and expressions. If you take lessons with Ozaki-sensei you will see your Japanese improve by leaps and bounds!

Nao san was really encouraging, friendly and supportive through out the whole trial lesson. She explained the differences between different textbooks before teaching a mini lesson on self-introduction. Although we ran over a little bit, she was helpful till the end too!

A very enjoyable lesson with a great teacher. I did the conversation with grammar lesson and found it so helpful rather than just learning from a book as I have in the past. Thank you so much. 🙏

It took me a long time to decide on a teacher, but I'm glad I picked Nao san! I've had her classes for a few weeks now and I can say she is kind, encouraging and professional. She's attentive to the student's needs and will adapt the lesson accordingly. I had already studied some Japanese on my own, so she lets me practice grammar points I'm not so comfortable with or goes over grammar I'm not yet familiar with. I highly recommend her as a teacher!
