Greetings! I'm Warren! 👋👋 I help non-native English speakers prepare for interviews: job interviews, academic interviews, and medical residency interviews.

Designed custom programs according to level, timeframe, lesson frequency.
Baselined clients with past exams to understand needs
Monitored progress through Data, using simulated exams from past papers.
Led an 8-week group IELTS Preparation Course for Colombian students.
Using official exam materials and rubrics from Cambridge English, created a program that was both timely and realistic in helping clients perform.

Job Interview Preparation CoachAs an Executive English Coach, I began preparing professionals for job interviews in 2018.
In 2020, I began to refine my methodology, and in 2021, I began devoting 100% of my services online exclusively to Job Interview Preparation, delivering coaching programs to non-native speakers of English preparing for important interviews in English.

Professor of English as a Foreign LanguageWorked with a team of teachers to deliver outstanding English programs of 10 levels.
Instructed levels 6, 8, and 10 using university materials and supplementary materials I had designed.
Proctored TOEFL exams.
Delivered a customized curriculum (English for Specific Purposes) to client Radisson Hotels. Worked with more than 80 staff members to improve English proficiency in hotel.

Professor of English as a Foreign LanguageDelivered courses to Engineering professors, with the goal of supporting them to deliver their classes in English.
Collaborated with the Communications department to develop and host a game show to foster a culture of bilingualism in the university.

Collaborated with the Social Media Specialist, Director of Financial Communications and interns in Lansing, MI and Denver, CO on social media strategy and content.

Successfully planned and led several volunteer projects including an on-site event with local food bank.
