Hi, my name is Robert, I was born in Mexico
and raised in the United States of America. I went to school in Odessa Texas and graduated from Permian High School in 2004 and just recently got TESOL certified as of 01/2020. I am a native American speaking Texan and also native in the Spanish language. I currently live in Mexico. My experience in tutoring English goes back to High school, where for some reason, although I was already a native speaker, they kept putting me in Esl classes. This allowed me to help the students around me with their English exams, grammar, reading writing and even speaking the language.我的教學經歷
I like to focus on English lessons that are interesting to my students, making them feel comfortable so they get more involved in the subject. One thing that I've always believed in, is practice makes perfect, that all though you may not be where you want to be, your continuous effort will eventually bring you closer to reach your goals.我的課程內容與教學風格
My teaching style is to focus on your weaknesses. I know that's uncomfortable, but as time goes by, you'll see that the progress will be worth it. After all, we are here to learn. My strength, I believe is found in my patience and persistence, in which you'll see that I am more interested in your quality than your quantity.證書

I just had a three week trip to Mexico and for the first time I wasn’t afraid to try to speak Spanish with those around me. It was a wonderful experience and I give full credit to Roberto for making me at ease. I can’t wait to learn more.

Robert is a truly wonderful Spanish teacher. He is incredibly kind and patient, and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere to practice language-learning. I really appreciate his ability to ask great questions to start a flow of conversation, and also how much he encourages pausing conversation to cover grammar points and vocabulary to help with the learning process. I found him to also have an incredible presence, and that he is an interesting person to talk with. I greatly look forward to more lessons with Robert, and highly recommend him to all!
