I’ve had the privilege of teaching all levels and ages, from energetic kindergarteners to ambitious business executives, primarily in Korea and China. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a journalist in Prague, Czech Republic—though my Czech is a bit rusty these days! As someone working on improving my Spanish, I understand both the challenges and joys of learning a new language.
I hold a degree in Political Science but love diving into a wide range of topics, especially current events and cultural issues. My true passion is sharing stories—our unique adventures as humans on this planet.

— Develop an "ear" for how English is naturally spoken by native speakers.

How do you start a conversation with a stranger, interrupt politely, or share your opinions? My classes focus on mastering real-life skills with effective communication strategies. These practical methods prepare you for speaking tests, job interviews, and everyday interactions—helping you become a confident conversationalist with the English you already know.
My teaching is student-centered, conversational, and relaxed, designed to:

John is absolutely brilliant and handy, but well prepared and super professional. The approach he's got on teaching is quite fresh and smart and flexible too. He definitely helped me to build the confidence I needed to face my job interview. But, as usual, growing it's a path, so I do think we are going to meet again! 😉
