Sarah Moon

Ms. Moon is an amazing teacher who is passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging all at once. Throughout the past few months she's been a wonderful mentor, and I've been progressing extremely well, and have obtained conversational fluency despite only starting lessons for a few months! She's an absolute gem and an incredible teacher ❤️

Our lesson on cooking coincided with Chuseok, so we also talked about the foods that are prepared for the holiday. I really like how Teacher Moon incorporates history and culture with the language lessons.

Teacher Moon is starting to speak faster now, and I thought I wasn't ready, but it went better than I thought. She keeps challenging me, but doesn't make it so hard that I get too frustrated.

선생님 is alway's great, I love my lessons with her, I usually come prepared with pictures of things I've done or cooked and we chat all about them, and she gives me lots of insight into korean culture. I always finish my lessons feeling like I've learned a little more Korean and come away even more confident.

Even in the first trial class, she was very enthusiastic and kind. I was a bit nervous at first, but she was such a welcoming teacher that I had a really great experience! ❤️

I’ve had a few Korean lessons with Ms. Moon, and I’ve been really impressed with her teaching. Since I had studied Korean before, she took the time during our first lesson to assess my level and then tailored the lessons to fit my needs. Our classes are engaging and filled with interesting conversations, and she consistently gives me plenty of opportunities to practice speaking. I always look forward to our lessons.
