Hello,
My name is Hayley L! I am a 27 year old ESL teacher from Canada. I am a recent University Graduate, obtaining my Bachelor of Education in June of 2021. I have 4+ years experience working with children and and 2 years of experience teaching ESL online to all ages, including adults! I have found a great love for teaching ESL to students online!
One of the main reasons I chose to teach ESL online is because I love learning about other cultures and customs around the world. I would love to get to know more about you and work together on your English-learning journey!我的教學經歷
As a teacher, I am very patient and upbeat! I enjoy and have experience working with learners of all ages but prefer to work with middle years and up (9+)! As I said above, I obtained my bachelor of education this Spring! I obtained my TOEFL certificate and began my journey as an online ESL teacher 2 years ago, teaching English to children in China; I then moved to a platform that serviced students worldwide. I have found a great passion in teaching ESL to students online and really enjoy creating fun and engaging lessons with real-world applications of English!我的課程內容與教學風格
My lessons may vary based on the goals and learning styles of my students! If a student would prefer a more conversation-based approach, we will do more conversational and listening activities, if the student would prefer to practice something such as reading or pronunciation, I would also be happy to provide websites with ample articles, pronunciation activities and videos! English learning is very easily customizable to each learners interests. I look forward to building your custom learning plan with you!我的教材

120-hour TESOL Certificate Course - International Open Academy - 2021While working for other English sites ( I have taught with 3 in the past) I was required to obtain my 120 hour TESOL certificate. In October 2019, I completed the certification process.

Intern TeacherFrom September to December I was an in-classroom intern teacher. Towards the end of the term, students had to transition to online learning due to COVID. We adapted very well to the online environment due to my experience with online teaching!
