Hello, my name is Gem. I live in Philippines. I have a Bachelors degree in Education and English is my expertise but I can also teach Filipino language. I am an upbeat, energetic, young woman with a passion for teaching and learning. I already handled different kinds of students with different ages and levels for both online and classroom setting. I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook in life. I love my job and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals.我的教學經歷
By profession, I am a licensed teacher. I became a teacher because I really have the burning desire to teach and I also want my students to have that kind of desire and enthusiasm when it comes to learning. As a teacher, I always give my 100 % just to make sure that my students are gaining quality of learning that they really deserved. I don't want my students to just join my class and not learning at all. I always find ways on how to teach them about the things that they need to learn based on my assessment for each of them.我的課程內容與教學風格
I have lots of teaching styles but it varies based on the needs of my students. I usually assess the level of my students by simply having conversations with them and letting them do all the talking . In that way , I can check their grammar, pronunciation , comprehension and vocabulary. With the teaching styles that I have, I always make sure that I achieve my teaching goals targeting their HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) that includes Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing.我的教材
