My name is Lisbeth, I am from Chile. My favorite topics are travelling, languages and culture, but I am also very interested in physical and mental health, so in my free time I like to learn about alternative therapies, nutrition and prevention of diseases. I also love animals, specially cats.我的教學經歷
I am a teacher of English as a second language and I have a degree in Education in the Pontificia Universidad de Valparaiso. I have 6 years of experience and 5 years teaching Spanish as a second language. In my experience as a teacher and learner of a second language, I think it is very important to feel the need to use the language in real life, so I like to focus on tasks that can be useful in a specific context. I really enjoyed my session with Lisbeth. We spent time in informal discussion about our vacations, our activities and current events. A very good opportunity to test my conversational Spanish. Next, we review my homework, a BBC video in Spanish on different theories regarding the source of petroleum deposits on our planet. Lisbeth assigned a series of questions to be answered as well as some vocabulary to practice. All very positive toward developing my abilities in Spanish.
