I am an actor with a degree and background in Theatre Arts and public speaking!
I am from in Pennsylvania near Philadelphia, and currently live in Chicago, Illinois. I love reading, hiking, and exploring new places. My dream is to visit the countries of all of my students! I also enjoy trying to learn new languages (like Russian and Korean), so I understand first hand just how challenging it is to learn a new language, and I want to make it more fun and easy for you!

I am POSITIVE, UPBEAT, and PATIENT. I believe that learning English is MUCH EASIER when you are feeling relaxed and confident, so that is the environment I create in my classes!
I have experience teaching English to students from the ages of 2 to 50+ from all over the world (over 2000+ classes taught), so I am very comfortable working with all levels and ages. I also have my TESOL certification. My background in Theatre Arts means that I don't speak with a heavy accent, and have a "neutral American accent". I also have experience with "accent neutralization", so I can help you erase your accent and sound just like a native speaker!我的課程內容與教學風格
I tailor my lessons to fit each student's individual needs! I will plan each lesson according to what my students tell me they would like to learn, practice or study. I also believe the student should speak as much as possible in every lesson. I am all about building up your confidence!

Online ESL TeacherI have been teaching Chinese children ages 2 to 14 for two years. I interact with them using only English and TPR (Total Physical Response).
2019 - 2020
Online ESL TeacherI have been teaching teenagers and adults of various levels with Skyeng for a year. This has given me a lot of experience with older and more advanced students. I am also a part of their new Talks program, which specializes in conversational skills.
2021 - 2021
Online ESL TeacherI created specially tailored lesson plans for children as young as 3 to advanced adults. I used textbooks, videos, and online resources to make interesting and challenging lesson plans that make students enjoyed. I have over 100 5 star reviews!
