I've been taking lessons with Carla consistently for over a year now and she is by far the best and most impactful teacher to learn with. I started with her when I couldn't even speak a sentence of Italian and today I'd feel comfortable being in Italy speaking about almost any subject with the locals. She has always been able to identify any of my learning gaps and tailor our lessons to my specific needs. No matter what level of learning you're at, I highly recommend booking a lesson with her! I have been working with Carla for a year and my Italian has improved a ton. When we first starting meeting, I could barely have a simple conversation. She is kind, patient, and always takes the time to provide thorough explanations. She pushes me to work through moments where I’m struggling but in a very encouraging way. She also has a great sense of humor and we laugh a lot and have conversations on all kinds of topics. She also mixes up our lessons with reading and listening exercises of all different media and topics. I highly recommend working with her!
