Sachin Mohan

Today was my 10th lesson with Sachin...a milestone! :) I am starting to train my ear better for listening exercises where I was initially struggling before. I am also understanding sentence structure and speaking more confidently as I learn more words. Sachin is a great mentor/teacher and has always been positive throughout my learning journey and made himself accessible to help in whatever way he can. Appreciate his time always!

Sachin was great. Allowed me to speak with more confidence and at the end gave me constructive advice on what I did correct or incorrect. And was very realistic when it came to making goals. I would highly suggest him for beginners/intermediate and to expert levels. He understands what it is like for an adult learning another language. 5/5. Adipoli teacher.

Sachin prepares his notes well and has great observations for feedback

I was coming off of a week where I wasn't feeling well and lot of life challenges heading into our lesson so I didn't get to study as much as usual. But Sachin was very accommodating with that and actually geared the lesson to my strengths so that I would still learn new concepts and not feel overwhelmed or underprepared. Sachin is very good at knowing how to get through to his students during a lesson and getting the most out of time spent together. This particular lesson I was fortunate to even correct an ongoing mistake which I didn't realize was wrong until now so I'm starting to better understand SOV structure. Honestly, his best trait is his positivity because it makes you as a student want to go harder and learn concepts for him because it's hard to let down the nicest guy on iTalki. :) I definitely suggest him for anyone trying to learn the language or improve speaking skills as he puts in so much effort into his craft and I'm thankful for that.
