Konnnichiwa everyone! My name is Chikako. I graduated from a university in Fukuoka, where I majored in Cultural Studies. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a cabin crew member, which helped me develop strong communication skills and a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. I have also lived in Macau for 3 years and in France for 4 years, experiences that broadened my understanding of different languages and cultures. In addition to teaching, I work as a healing therapist. This work allows me to connect with people on a deeper level and support their emotional well-being — also value greatly in my approach to teaching.我的教學經歷
As a teacher, I focus on creating a safe and comfortable learning environment for students who are new to Japanese. My main focus is on beginners, especially absolute beginners who may feel nervous about speaking or making mistakes. In my lessons, I don’t rely heavily on textbooks or complicated grammar explanations. Instead, I teach simple and practical verb patterns and encourage students to use them immediately to create their own sentences. Because of this approach, many students are able to start speaking Japanese and feel real progress even within a one-hour lesson‼︎ My goal is to help you enjoy learning Japanese and feel confident taking your next step. 我的課程內容與教學風格
🟢 Free Conversation Lesson | This lesson is relaxed and student-centered. I’m open-minded so You can talk about any topic you like — I help you express your ideas in simple, natural Japanese, and I give corrections gently and clearly when needed. Students of all levels can enjoy speaking freely and building confidence.
🟢 Grammar & Sentence-Making Lesson | This lesson focuses on using grammar to speak, not memorizing rules. I show you the method, in an easy-to-understand way. Instead of long explanations, you will use grammar immediately to make your own sentences. This lesson is ideal for beginners who want a clear structure.我的教材

Chikako先生 gives you full attention when you speak and really internalizes what you say before sharing her thoughts. I've only had about 6 lessons with her but I already feel my Japanese improving. She gently teaches and corrects your errors, but most importantly, she makes the conversations really entertaining, engaging, and invigorating!
