Hello! My name is Lucia, a native English speaker from South Africa. I hold Bsc degrees in Environmental studies and Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). South African Council for Educators registered. Completing my TEFL. I have three years teaching experience where I taught learners from 10 to 18 years. The subjects that I have offered include English, Social Sciences, Creative Art and Life Skills. I also offered Geography, Social Sciences and Life Skills to grade 8 to 12 learners. I taught all the subjects in English. I am a very fun and patient person who creates a room for others to fully express themselves. I love interacting with people from different parts of the world.

Certified TEFL teacher. Dedicated, hard working and active individual. I believe in creating an environment where the next person can be comfortable in learning and expressing their views, my smile tells it all😃. I am currently learning one of the South African languages, therefore understand the patience, knowledge and guidance one needs from an educator while learning a new language. I enjoy talking about various topics and allowing students to use most of the time talking. This builds their confidence. I cater for all age groups.

I love using different forms of learning tools such as visuals and audio. Being more interactive is another method that I love to use. Conversing in an English class builds confidence in a learner and improves conversation skills. I will focus more on conversational method of learning in order to build communication skills.
