Hello! Hazel here, a friendly, enthusiastic, respectful, and professional young lady from Zimbabwe. I am highly spirited and faithful to teach and work together to improve my students' verbal, written, and comprehension of the Shona and English languages. I spend most of my time volunteering in my community's institutions like High Schools, Child and Youth Care Centres. I love connecting with people from different backgrounds and learning from them.

With over five years of instructional and tutoring experience, I have covered a wide array of academic disciplines including Psychology, Social Work, and Criminology, all delivered in the English language. My expertise extends to teaching both the Shona and English languages across proficiency levels, accommodating learners spanning from 10 to 50+ years of age. I have successfully imparted language skills to students at high school and tertiary levels, catering to individuals from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. My teaching approach focuses on active individual participation and engagement. I strive to adapt my teaching style to accommodate diverse learning preferences and create an enjoyable learning experience. I maintain an approachable and inclusive teaching style, which is highly flexible to accommodate various learning techniques. All of my lessons are personalized to ensure that each student comprehensively understands and masters the Shona and English languages.

Psychology TutorI have teaching experience in numerous fields like Psychology, Social Work, and Criminology; all carried out in the English Language. I am currently a psychology tutor for university students, levels 1, 2 and 3 that has helped me develop personally and professionally. I have acquired considerable teaching skills through being a tutor. Due to the global pandemic, we have also transitioned to virtual teaching, similar to the one on italki.
