Valentina tiene muchos materiales para enseñar eficazmente a sus alumnos. Hoy aprendí cosas nuevas que no se enseñaban en la escuela. (Valentina has a lot of materials to effectively teach her students. I learned new things today that were not taught in school.)

I just had my 4th class with Valentina and it was great. Up to this point we've been looking at images together while she describes what's happening in the image which is super helpful for my listening comprehension and vocabulary building. Today we talked about my learning goals and what studying strategy we'll use for future classes. Valentina is great to talk with, super supportive, patient, understanding, and is a great help. I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to improve on their Spanish speaking journey.

I just had my second session with Valentina and I absolutely loved it. I'm a super beginner learning Spanish and I'm currently learning basic things to build vocabulary like colors, clothes, hair types and colors, and the names of things in different rooms of the house. Valentina and I look at images of different scenes and she describes the scenes to me in a way I can understand. She is incredible, she is very organized, and she systematically describes the scenes starting with the environment, then moves to the people, and along the way provides context for the things she is describing to put it into context for me letting me know how a particular thing is used, how it is turned on, how it is turned off, things of that nature. Very helpful, I know it's probably super boring for her but I can't tell because she does such a wonderful job. And what's more, she types notes along the way so I have material to review between our meetings. I super appreciate her help.

I have really enjoyed improving my speaking ability and grammar knowledge with Valentina for over 8 months! She is easy to talk to, makes me feel comfortable, and as a bonus, she speaks excellent English in case I need a deeper explanation on difficult grammar concepts.
