Louana

I've known Louana for a year and a half now and I have to say that she's an EXTRAORDINARY teacher, and I'm speaking as a former teacher myself. She's one of those teachers that is really difficult to find, because she strikes the perfect balance between having a deep knowledge of her area of study, a natural gift for teaching and explaining complex topics and a beautiful and charming personality that makes you feel comfortable right away inviting to you just talk and talk without any anxiety. As a tutor, she's a fantastic conversationalist, always asking interesting questions and since she's so open-minded and curious, it's possible to talk to her about many different topics. She's really good at what she does, she has a lot of students and still she always comes to class with so much energy, enthusiasm and an eagerness to help people. Couldn't recommend her enough. Thanks for everything, Louana. You have rekindled my passion for studying languages!

Louana is hands down the best teacher/tutor there is… she has a great style, is very knowledgeable, interesting and corrects your mistakes tactfully, which makes you improve rapidly without even realising! The best thing about her is her amazing energy that motivates you to learn more and more!

Expect to see results after just a few sessions, as your old self-doubt evaporates, slowly but surely replaced by a new found confidence inspired by Louana's enthusiastic guidance and masterful coaching. I couldn’t recommend Louana more highly - as a grateful student should, even to his own detriment - to anyone wishing to improve their French, effectively and naturally.

I've used iTalki for years and years, and I can comfortably say that Louana is one of the best teachers I've ever worked with on here. It's so important that a teacher can strike the right balance between being encouraging and motivating while also being clear about mistakes and areas for improvement, and Louana has that perfected that to an art. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

The introduction lesson with Louana was very relaxed but had a structure that made sense and was equally challenging and basic enough for me to follow. I am very excited about moving forward and improving with Louana.
