¡Hi! I'm Julia and I have been teaching Spanish since 2021 here. I have had the pleasure of meeting and helping very nice people with their learning journey on this platform. Also, I love sharing about my beautiful Peruvian culture. In my free time, I like singing, reading, writing, and having interesting conversations about life. En nuestra primera sesión te preguntaré cuáles son tus objetivos de aprendizaje, que temas te interesan y cuáles son tus hobbies, así podré crear el plan de estudios perfecto para ti. Utilizo material audiovisual, textos, ejercicios e incluso canciones para que aprendas a través de clases entretenidas, dinámicas y motivadoras.

Julia is an excellent teacher and I would highly recommend her Spanish lessons. Julia is very patient, helpful and supportive and her lessons are always fun and engaging. I started taking classes with Julia in September, as a complete beginner, and I feel like I improved a lot and feel way more comfortable talking in spanish. Classes with her are always fun and interesting. She is a great teacher :)

I have had a few lessons now, and I can confidently say that I really like working with Julia. She is very patient and understanding which creates a comfortable space for you to feel confident when speaking with her. I always come away from her lessons feeling accomplished and more motivated than when I started. She is not afraid to correct you and make sure you understand the proper pronunciation or word to use. I look forward to many more lessons with her!

Lesson was great, I really got to practice a lot of conversation and identified some specific goals to work towards (out of the general goal of improving conversation) as well as some better phrasing, at the same time I was not overwhelmed with information.
