Greetings! I am a TEFL Certified tutor from Zambia, currently living in Germany. With over four years of online teaching experience, I bring a dynamic and engaging approach to language learning, tailored to meet the unique needs of my students.
My professional background is rooted in Information Technology and Computer Science, complemented by extensive experience in customer service. During my six years in Australia, I honed my skills as a service tracking officer at Samsung Electronics, where I focused on delivering exceptional customer solutions.
