My name is Tandile James and I am 38 years old .I am a South African native speaker who is TEFL certified to become a teacher of English to speakers of other languages .I am a fun loving person who loves to learn and help others .My hobbies include reading and watching movies.I am also a great lover of music .我的教學經歷
I would say say as a teacher I am someone who believes in encouraging learners to do their best and to not worry about mistakes as those are to be expected .Positive reinforcement is very important to me .我的課程內容與教學風格
My main teaching style is conversational ,where the learner and I can talk about everyday life topics and any specific interest points the learner may have .With the conversational style we will focus mainly on grammar,pronunciation and articulation.Though this the teaching style I am well versed at , I am also able to follow a lesson plan which will allow the learner to reach their greatest potential .我的教材
