All the lesson must be rescheduled or canceled before 24 hours and also can't be rescheduled more than once.(No reschedule accepted in trial lesson) 2. For some reasons, you miss the lesson without advanced notice or didn’t show up until the lesson has begun 10 minutes, the lesson will be considered taken, and no make-up lesson will be offered.
