I joined a short course to be a general Khmer knowledge teacher by the National Institute Education for three months. Through working at my workplace, I’ve had a lot of training to become a professional teacher. I decided to become a teacher to give people the skills that they needed to become literate. I wanted to inspire and motivate others to follow their dreams and work hard in their studies. As a teacher I believe that the student needs to explore a subject and I don't believe in dictation as the best form of learning. In the classroom I like to use a lot of energy as my students will then have the same energy to study hard. I am patient with my students as I understand that everybody learns at a different pace.
