I feel that if my students are enjoying the class they will learn more effeciently. Each person is unique, so I like to adapt to everyone following their interests. I like to make them feel comfortable. Encouraging them to feel confident speaking by not correcting them too much when they speak, so they are not interrupted and they can complete their ideas while creating sentences.
