In Japan, there is a saying, 一期一会 (Ichi-go-ichi-e). It means to be thankful of your opportunity and the people you have met in those times, not only when you travel around the world, but also in your normal life. It is important to live your life as if you might not live tomorrow. I like this phrase because I have been in different kinds of environments as a child and now as an adult I often look back those days, of how I still remember friends that I made in each school I transferred to.
