My son has been taking Spanish lessons with Paula for almost two years, and the experience has been exceptional. Paula is a wonderful teacher—consistently kind, patient, and highly resourceful. She incorporates a wide range of materials and worksheets that keep each lesson engaging and effective. I also appreciate the strong sense of responsibility she shows toward her students. Earlier this year, when I mentioned that my son would be taking the DELE exam, she immediately developed a thoughtful study plan to ensure he practiced all components of the test. She even prepared a concise study guide highlighting key areas of focus. Thanks to her guidance, my son passed the exam with confidence. Paula is a dedicated and thoughtful teacher, and I highly recommend her.

I have been loving my lessons with Luciana! She is a kind and patient teacher who genuinely cares about her students and wants them to learn. During our first lesson, I wasn't able to speak much Spanish as I was trying to remember what I had learned from high school years ago. Luciana creates a very comfortable environment where you aren't afraid to make mistakes, which makes the learning process much easier. Every week she provides a video that sets a discussion topic and she adapts the conversation to your level. As we've progressed through our lessons, I've noticed that I come to each class with new vocabulary and a firmer grasp of grammar thanks to her help. I would highly recommend taking classes with Luciana!

Thanks María! I recommend classes with María wherever you are on your learning journey. I started conversational classes with her about a year ago (October 2025) doing just 1-2 per month. I had about 6 months of Comprehensible Input/Dreaming Spanish experience back then (~200hours). While it was tricky at times, she was always encouraging and made the conversations enjoyable. A year later (875hrs of input total) and I’m now doing multiple classes per week and able to talk about a much larger range of topics and in various tenses. Woohoo! New vocab word of the day that came up in conversation “vikingo”. Looking forward to the next class tomorrow. I’m now getting reading for a 4 month trip through South America and Spain and feeling listo for the challenge. -Fred

Sandra is the best Spanish Tutor on this platform hands down. I've taken a number of classes and courses over the years, and Sandra is by far the best at taking a holistic approach to the language, ensuring I understand not only the grammar and reading, but ensuring I can actual use what I learn through listening and conversation practice. She makes it easy to understand, corrects gently, provides homework and even adapts the lessons to topics I'd like to cover and learn more about. I've never been as confident in the language as I am now after my time with her. You will not regret booking with Sandra. She's top notch!

I chose Victor because of his specific DELE examiner experience and it was invaluable! He gave great guidance on what to expect on test day. We worked through several timed mock exam exercises of the speaking portion as if it was test day. After, he gave me step by step feedback and corrections. I would highly recommend Victor as a tutor and especially if you're preparing for a DELE exam!

I couldn't recommend David enough. He is fantastic! He tailors classes to your individual goals and creates a very relaxed, natural learning environment. He is very encouraging and supportive. Since starting his classes I feel I am making real progress, particularly in my speaking but also in my confidence to speak Spanish. I no longer worry about making mistakes and have found I am learning faster and making more progress, all thanks to David! For anyone who values a friendly, genuine, easy-going teacher and calm, enjoyable classes, I'd pick David without hesitation

Carolina is wonderful. I want to work on answering phone calls in Spanish and she had slides with common phrases and cultural variants for different countries and has set up role plays. Exactly what I needed. You can tell she listens to your needs and plans things to suit your specific learning goals. She is also warm and welcoming and makes you feel at ease while learning and practicing.

Estoy tomando clases con Verónica desde hace un año y medio. Ella es muy paciente e interesante. También es responsable: nunca ha cancelado una clase y está dispuesta a ayudarme a todas horas. Yo estudio español por mi cuenta y empecé desde cero usando un método de input comprensible (comprehensible input -CI). Verónica está muy abierta a trabajar conmigo usando este método, pero también me hace correcciones de gramática cuando las necesito. Además, me da recursos como artículos y canciones, y charlamos sobre ellos. En resumen, si quieres tener clases con una profesora muy simpática, inteligente y que te va a ayudar, te la recomiendo.

I really enjoyed my lesson with Gibran. He has a great sense of humor and makes conversation feel relaxed and natural. I especially appreciate learning the Mexican Spanish that people actually use in everyday conversation, including natural expressions and ways of saying things that you don’t usually learn from formal classes. He listens carefully, gives helpful corrections, and explains things clearly when I have questions. He’s friendly, patient, and easy to talk to, and I look forward to our next lesson. I highly recommend him, especially to anyone who wants to improve their conversational Spanish and learn more natural Mexican Spanish.

Wow, that was fantastic!! I told her before the lesson that I had a lot of problems with situations where I had learned the grammar rules but couldn't remember them fast enough while I was talking and made frequent mistakes. During the lesson, she asked me questions where I would answer using different tenses. Then we watched some videos, and she would hit pause during the video to ask me questions about what had just happened or what someone had said, and have me answer in different tenses (present tense for the first video, past tense for the second). She also managed to work in a few situations where I could use the future or the subjunctive. She was patient and waited when I was struggling to find words, but also knew when I was struggling too much and needed a hint. By the end of the lesson she had a pretty thorough picture of my grammatical strengths/weaknesses and had a plan for where we would start in our next lesson. GREAT first lesson!!
