Hello there, I want you to correct my writing. Yesterday, I was able to knit a garment without worrying something and thinking about different. Then, I realized that how saved my life the knitting does. First, it clears my head. Recently I am learning English seriously and making a habit of it, so I care about English more than my free time. I couldn’t stay focused on what I am doing now. So I found knitting causes me refreshed. Second, I feel pleasant. Currently, I am making a muffler, and it is almost finished after I will knit a few rows. When a garment is taking shape, you feel confident and happiness. Knitting is a meditation for me. It suits me and my life turns into a better one. Because yarns and needles calm me down, and seeing the finished works makes me smile. Sometimes patterns are difficult, but it is a worthwhile try. So I like Knitting.

Questioning about the crucial role that sleep played to our emotional well-being, Yulia has reminded me of a well-known quote by a legendary film character, that might explain why it is so important to manage difficult situations staying calm and clearheaded, preferably after a good night’s sleep. In the so, so famous, epic film, Gone With The Wind, Scarlett O’hara, the headstrong, wilful daughter of a owner of a plantation in the times of the American Civil War, has a habit of postpone difficult decisions, especially when she feels like she can’t cope with them due to stress or mental exhaustion. And so, she used to say to herself: “I can’t think about that right now. If I do, I’ll go crazy. I’ll think about it tomorrow.” Although here she doesn’t say explicitly that she need to have a rest, it’s clear that she is thinking precisely about waving aside the difficulties for a while, go to bed and sleep tight. And tomorrow she will mull over all that again with a refreshed mood.
