There is an interesting phenomenon that most of the items we bought online are useless, Some of them looked very attractive online, but we lost interest in them at the moment of seeing them. As for many online items, there are big differences between the pictures showed online and the real items we received. Especially for clothes. They look really good on the models online, but they don't match us well after buying them. The online vendors try their best to make good advertisements which always give consumers an impulsion to buy their items. Base on the 1.4 billions population, most of the online vendors earn enough money. So,impulse purchase is very common online. The better thing is that some apps provides return services. You can buy many items once, then try them and decide which ones you really like and keep them. The ones you don't like can be returned without paying for shipping. It's amazing! You even buy your favourite clothes in many sizes, then try the best size for you.

Corporate English teaching. Personal experience 4 years ago, I was invited to join an international IT-company to scaffold newbies and facilitate their onboarding to build a rapport. I was working there for about 2 years. I started with 3 groups of 3 members each. The last working week was full of 18 meetings (9 groups) & 1 special monthly meeting. While being a part of the team, I completed team-building courses, levelled up my soft skills in order to teach them and passed a few introduction courses to coaching. It allowed me to create perfect group meetings with well-matched participants (considering not only English level, but their interests), amiable atmosphere, developing program with reflective activities. Currently, running my own speaking club, I find group meetings as a fabulous opportunity to meet new people, explore diverse topics and enjoy a learning process. If you wish to try, just text me on italki:)
