It was the most taxing day ever. We made the mistake of leaving at noon, which turned out to be too early since the ferry didn't depart until three. After disembarking in downtown Hong Kong, we were burdened by our heavy luggage, making every step feel like a marathon. We had our dinner at our usual eatery, picked up some snacks from the nearby store, and then made our way to the airport. Now, I'm rethinking our flight strategy. While saving money is important, the idea of departing at dawn and spending the entire night waiting at the airport doesn't seem worth it. I can definitely plan better for next time.
