This lesson does not focus on teaching specific grammar or vocabulary points. Instead, we will look at HOW you study the language you are learning. I will see what methods you are using to learn grammar, vocabulary, and other parts of the language. I will give you advice and specific exercises to improve your abilities in the different areas of language learning (speaking, reading, writing, listening, vocabulary, and grammar). I know that each person learns a language differently, so I will look at how you personally learn languages best and what your struggles are, and then I will give you advice based on that. I will also give you a list of resources that you can use to help learn the language on your own.
I can speak Russian and Bosnian fluently, and I am currently learning German and Spanish, so I have plenty of experience in learning a language. I have also worked with hundreds of students to improve various skills in learning English, so I know how to help other people learn a language.

This lesson type is for you! We focus on the kinds of sentences in English that don't translate word for word. These are the kind of phrases that you NEED to understand natives and SOUND like a native speaker. 
I will provide you with plenty of materials and examples for each phrase or word. Knowing WHEN to use these phrases is very important. Because of this, I will teach you what kind of situations you should and shouldn't use these phrases in.
