إِذَا قَلَّ مَا تَفْرَح بِه….قَلَّ مَا تَحْزَن عَلَيه.
الإِنْسَان بِطَبِيعَتِه دَائِمًا مَا يُرِيد المَزِيد ولَا يَكْتَفِي بِمَا يَمْلِك, ويَظُن أن السَعَادَة تَكْمُن فِي الأمُور الدَارِجَة مِثل النِسَاء والسَفَر والأَمْوَال الكَثِيرَة وغَيْرِهَا.
بِالرُغم مِن أَنَّ هُنَالِك الكَثِير مِنَ القِصَص التي تُثْبِت بِأنه ليس من الضَرُورِي أن يكون الشخص سَعِيدًا إِذَا أمتَلَك كُل مَا يُرِيد. 
يَجِب على الإِنْسَان إِدْرَاك أنه مِنَ المُسْتَحِيل تَحْقِيق السَعَادَة الكَامِلَة فِي هَذِه الحَيَاة. ومَن ظَنَّ أن السَعَادَة تَكْمُن فِي شَرِيك أو وَظِيفَةٍ مُعَيَنَة فَإِنَّه مُخْطِئ.
السَعَادَة الحَقِيقِيَة هِيَ طَمَأنِينَة وسَلَام دَاخِلِي رُغم كُل الظُرُوف المُحِيطَة بِك. والإنْسَان السَعِيد يُدْرِك جَيدًا أن أي حُزْن فِي هَذِه الحَيَاة مُؤَقَت وأي سَعَادَة أَيضًا مُؤَقَتَة.
القَنَاعَة كَنْزٌ لَا يَفْنَى والإِنْسَان السَعِيد يَكُون قَنُوعًا بِمَا يَمْتَلِك ويُحَاوُل جَاهِدًا أَن لا يُفَكِّر بِإِمْتِلَاك مَاعِندَ الغَير.

月末 (yuè mò)
中文解释：指一个月的末尾，通常是指月的最后几天。
英文解释: The end of the month, usually referring to the last few days of a month.

年末 (nián mò)
中文解释：指一年中的最后几天，通常指12月的最后几天。
