受身（うけみ）です。
受身形の作り方は、グループ２はかんたんです。
ほめます→ほめられます
見ます→見られます
食べます→食べられます
グループ２は「ます」ドロップ、「られます」です。

グルーウ１はどうでしょうか。
おこります→おこられます（り→ら）（い→あ）
ふみます→ふまれます
読みます→読まれます
聞きます→聞かれます
（「い」が「あ」にかわって、「れます」です）

主語が物のときも受身（うけみ）を使います。
