Yes, they're fine. Although exams and text books may say number 2 is wrong, because the "proper" formal grammar would be "I'm phenomenal" or "I'm doing phenomenally (well)". But your number 2 phrase is still very common in slang tone among native speaker, which makes it correct if you ask me.
