A few days ago, Brazil was struck by shocking news when its citizens learned that congresswoman Flordelis dos Santos de Souza was the main suspect of being the mentor of her own husband's murder. It all started when Anderson, Flordelis's husband, was mysteriously shot to death on June 16, 2019. At the time, Flordelis's advisor issued a note to the press saying that the congresswoman ''was shaken to the core'' with her lost. More than a year past,  the police, who worked with the hypothesis of execution since the very beginning, concluded that Flordelis was actually the mentor of the crime. According to the invertigation, Flordelis decided to kill her husband because she couldn't stand him menaging her financial life anymore. Both were evangelical pastors. Flordelis remains in liberty since her post in the Congress gives her privileges. Now, it's up to the Congress to decide if she can be incarcerated or not.
