Hello everyone! I am new here I heard it was a very awesome place!^^ Um so I need some help with some translation! 

I made a Japanese PS3 account and I took the account off my PS3 for more room. I wanted to play on it again but I forgot the email I had used. I need to talk to someone on the JP PSN Chat but so far none have been able to use English which is understandable. And I guess my Japanese isn't that great. I need to be able to tell them what happened and my information...can someone translate this for me?

"HELLO I forgot the email for my account and I was wondering if you could tell me it? My username is _____ and the name on the account is ______ ______ . I don't think the birthday was correct so I don't know that one. I am sorry if I take a minute to reply but my Japanese is not that good. Someone had told me to use the North America PSN but I already talked to them and they said because the account was made for another region they can't do anything and to contact JPN PSN Help. Can you help me?"
