Introducing Schlegel's Japanese Gecko
Schlegel's Japanese Gecko is a the most common gecko in Japan. They are found in Japan, South Korea and China. (<em>I would consider rephrasing to</em>, "They are also found in South Korea and China", <em>since you've already establish that they are common to Japan</em>.)
In Japan, Geckos are well respected by people because they live in human's houses and eat pesky insects. bugs which do something bad for people. So, old Japanese people named this Gecko "YAMORI" which means house guardian. That's why nobody kills this lovely Gecko here. (<em>Once again, I'd consider rephrasing a bit. Maybe something like, </em>"In Japan, these geckos are known as 'yamori' which means 'house guardian'. This is because they are respected as a helpful guest that eats pesky insects. No one would kill these geckos here.")
Mostly they live in manmade structures. built by people. Conversely, it's hard to find them in the forest. They are often found around the light lamps at night, because insects are attracted to the light and are easily caught. it is kind of easy to catch some bugs for them. <em>(I tried to make it sound a little smoother)</em>
-Schlegel's Japanese Gecko face-
They are cute for me. But when I see close up shot, kind of scared. Especially the iris looks like monster's one. <em>(I'd rephrase, </em>"I think they are cute, but in a close up shot they are a little scary. Especially because their iris is similar to a monster's.")
-Schlegel's Japanese Gecko face-
Their head is flat to so that they can easily hide in cracks and small spaces. into the chink.
-Schlegel's Japanese Gecko living in my room-
When I got to my apt at midnight, one Schlegel's Japanese Gecko was waiting for me in my living room.
If my wife found it, she must scream...
Of cause I let him out after shootings. (<em>Rephrasing again, </em>"One time when I returned to my apartment at midnight, I found a gecko waiting for me in the living room. I'm sure if my wife had found it, she would have screamed. Of course I just shooed him out of the apartment.")
-Professional Climber-
Climbing vertical wall is like just as easy as breathing for Schlegel's Japanese Geckos.
They can easily stick to wall using their special fingers.

<em></em>ヤモリちゃんは本当にかわいいですね!彦根に住んでいる時に、よくヤモリを見ました。ある日、ヤモリはお風呂の部屋に入りました。うれしかった。(笑)
<em>I think you did a great job! I rephrased some things because if you're going to make a website for a foreign audience, then you might want your English to sound more natural. It's just my suggestion though and my grammar or writing style certainly isn't perfect, so you don't have to follow what I say!</em>

After initially introducing the animal as Schlegel's Japanese Gecko, it can be assumed that the type of gecko you're talking about after that introduction is Schlegel's Japanese Gecko, so you only need to refer to it as a gecko. If you introduced other species, it might be more confusing and so then it would be helpful to use it's full name again.
The same thing goes here: "...waiting for me in my the living room." Because it's already established that it's your house, it sounds very emphatic to keep using the possessive pronouns like "my". It sounds more natural to use the definite article "the".
Saying human's houses is just less common. Although house and home have different connotations, I think it's more appropriate to use the term home. And in English, it's a specific situation when you say "human" or "human's", it's far more common to use the word "people".
All in all, it's an interesting, ambitious, and very well composed entry! Good work!
