This phrase was used in the early Superman comics. It was said by Superman just before he was about to spring from the ground and start flying. "I see with my x-ray vision that Lois Lane is in trouble. I've got to help her! Up, up and away!" The phrase was borrowed in many situations later on as a joke to describe an airplane's takeoff. Now, you would only use it in this way - as a joke. Now you know how old I am and one of the things I read as a kid. It was a wasted youth (sigh).

Up, Up and Away is also the title of a song which was released in 1967 and has been sung by many well known singers including Nancy Sinatra. The phrase is always used in the sense of flying and in the song illustrates the sense of the freedom flying can inspire. 'For we can fly, we can fly. Up, up and away in my beautiful, my beautiful balloon. The world's a nicer place in my beautiful balloon.' :)

不錯, 泰國也是位于亞洲及如中國一般落后。 大陸的政治運動大型刷新的日子逐漸進了。

A rocket, an airplane goes up, up, and away. So does Superman, but he's a bit faster.

It sounds like something a child would yell after things that go upwards and disappear. Like if they are holding a ballon and let go. As it is flying away, they say; "Up, up and away!" Same thing with insects and the like - if they can let go of it and it moves away (usually upwards), they tend to give a shout (of courage?) to send it off.
