Is there a sentence meaning the same and sound natural as the above sentence between below two sentences? If not, can you give me a synonym that can be interchangeable with 'flourished' in the top above sentence?

It depends entirely on the context - in other words, what point was he trying to emphasize. If he was trying to emphasize that the glass was sturdy, then 'shake' would be best.
To emphasize that the glass is beautiful, rare or desirable - 'flourish'.
Just to emphasize that he has a glass - 'wave'.
